Pastello Bianco is a fresh wine, a blend of 2 autochthonal Friulian grapes, Sciaglin and Ucelut. It is produced in Pinzano sul Tagliamento, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, at the extreme North-East of Italy, near Slovenia. This is a famous region for wine and its historical and ancient production. If you love prosecco, you’ll love Pastello Bianco. It is fresh, dry and very easy to drink, with the yeast that leaves a different final sensation and background in the mouth.
