Gutturnio is one the first historical Italian D.O.C. (denominazione di origine controllata / controlled denomination of origin), 1967. The production is localized on the hills near Piacenza, the last town in Emilia Romagna region, close to Lombardy. Gutturnio is the most important wine of the area, the denomination “Classico” confirms it is origin in the historical and most important area of vinification: Ziano Piacentino and part of other 8 small villages around it.
The denomination “Riserva” give us the information about the ageing, much higher than a standard Gutturnio. With Pleione it is done for 20 months in oak barrels and, at least, other 6 months in bottle.
Gutturnio Classico Riserva is a good wine for important occasions, appreciated from all people love wines, especially the most intense
Migliolungo Lambrusco Emilia I.G.P. (indicazione di origine protetta / protected geographical indication) is a production localized near Reggio Emilia, in Emilia Romagna region. The grapes used are Lambrusco from only ancient varieties. The wine is a born with a collaboration with Istituto Agrario A. Zanelli to protect these grapes and create this special blend of Lambrusco. The result is incredible, very tasty, with a special red foam and the typical aftertaste that cleans up the mouth after a fat or spicy dish
Lambrusco Reggiano D.O.C. (denominazione di origine controllata/ controlled denomination of origin) is a local production localized near Reggio Emilia, in Emilia Romagna region. The wine is slightly sweet, easy to drink but with fresh notes. Lambrusco has a special red foam and the typical aftertaste that cleans up the mouth after a dish, especially if it is fat. The light sweet taste changes in the mouth after some seconds and match perfectly with a savoury dish
Refosco dal peduncolo rosso is a local variety produced in the extreme North-East of Italy, in Friuli Venezia Giulia, near Slovenia. This is a famous region for wine and its historical and ancient production. In this area there is an intense production with different International and local varieties.
